ADHD Management Support
$160 USD per hour
For non-US individuals, this equals about: £118 (pounds), €137 (euros), and $222 CAD per hour.
High-Touch Support
Specifics of the engagement, like meeting frequency and length, are tailored to what you need right now. Some folks like to meet once a week, others meet with me 3x per week. We can decide together what may work best if you feel unsure deciding on your own.
As your needs change, our engagement details can change too. Short and long-term engagements are available.
1. Start the week off strong.
Recurring video or audio meetups to support you in starting your week regulated and feeling confident and calm.
We will take 1-2 hours to:
Thoughtfully and realistically choose your goals for the week. We keep your capacity and energy levels in mind to ensure you stay within your window of tolerance throughout the week.
Prioritize the projects and tasks that really matter for you -right now. Your new ideas and side-projects are still important, though, and we will catalogue them for a future you that has open capacity for new undertakings.
Body-double on tasks you feel are doable in-the-moment, like making and eating breakfast, filling out paperwork, writing “the thing”, or answering an important text.
Discuss and troubleshoot challenges that block you from making progress on your projects and having an actually pleasant day while doing so.
Our meetups are intended to unblock things standing in the way of you doing what you want to do - what you truly want to do, not what you feel like you should do. By the end of our weekly or bi-weekly meetup, you’ll have certainty and clarity about your goals for the week and how you can accomplish them.
2. Make a mid-week recovery.
Recurring video or audio meetups to help you along the way.
We will take 30 minutes - 2 hours to revisit your weekly goals and state of being. Mid-week check-ins are useful to:
Troubleshoot challenges, blockers, or new but urgent things that come up unexpectedly.
Body-double on tasks you are struggling to start.
Build momentum to finish out the week, even when the start of your week doesn’t go to plan.
3. Borrow executive function for the day.
Work alongside Sly to make significant progress on your project in one day.
We will take however much time you need, usually between 1.5 - 4 hours, to breakdown immediate next steps in your project, work through blocks keeping these items from moving forward, and co-work on those next steps.

Spend less time prepping materials to pitch for sync, and spend more time making music.
Metadata Management
All the necessary track data you need in one spreadsheet. Because you have all that metadata attached to your tracks… until it’s gone.
You’ll never again wonder “what’s the writer split on that one song?”.
Ready to get started?
Here are the next steps.
-
Submit an inquiry with details of the support you need.
-
We talk about the areas where you need support and how we can work together, either via a video call or email.
This is your chance to ask any questions you may have, too. We also discuss how many hours of support you will need. If you aren't sure, we will start on the low end and increase your support hours based on the amount of work.
At this point, I will also come up with a rough plan of action if we were to begin working together, like what tasks we begin with and a recurring check-in meeting time (if requested).
-
If we agree to work together, this is the time we will sign an agreement.
The agreement includes details of the services I will provide along with typical my business processes and expectations around invoices, payment, communication, et cetera. Standard stuff.
At this point in the process, I will also issue an invoice for our first block of support hours, to be paid prior to starting work together.
-
To onboard, we will set up our task management method. You will share any relevant task and project details needed for me to properly support you.
At this point, you will also add me as a team member to relevant platforms, delegate email access, or share passwords to relevant accounts, if needed.
-
This is when we officially begin work on the tasks we agreed on in the "Discuss" phase.
In the first 30 days, I will focus on a limited scope of work. This allows us to get a feel for each other's work styles without us both becoming overwhelmed by delegating "all the things".
At the 30 day mark, or whenever the first block of hours have been used up, we check in with each other via email to decide whether our arrangement is working out. We also talk about any changes we'd like to make going forward.
If we agree our arrangement is working out, this is when we will expand our work to the full scope previously discussed.
